We do not control, and generally do not access, the Content you store on your servers except as needed to operate the Services, respond to abuse, or comply with law.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and administer your Account and provide the Services.
  • To meter usage, calculate charges, process payments, and issue invoices and receipts.
  • To secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
  • To provide support and communicate service, security, and billing notices.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
  • To improve and develop the Services.

  • Data center partners: the data centers on whose facilities your servers run may receive the data necessary to provision and operate those resources.
  • Payment processors and gateways: to securely process payments. Your full card details are handled by these processors, not stored by us.
  • Service providers: vendors who help us operate the platform (e.g. email, analytics, fraud prevention) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety: authorities, courts, or third parties where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International Transfers

The Services operate across multiple countries (including the United States, where Server Host Inc is registered, and the locations where our data center partners host servers), so your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
