Port 25 and rDNS: Availability and Activation

Port 25 (SMTP) and reverse DNS (rDNS) are not available on General Purpose, Development, and Storage Optimized instances. These features are only possible on High-Performance instances.

Activation Requirements for High-Performance Instances

Even on High-Performance instances, activation of Port 25 and rDNS is subject to the following:

• KYC (Know Your Customer) norms must be completed.
• Activation is at the discretion of the CloudCenmax Abuse department.

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with our policies.

Note: Unauthorized use of Port 25 may result in service suspension.
